ANCON CONSTRUCTION, Goshen IN recently added two project managers to its management team D. LUCAS LANDIS is a graduate of Goshen College with a B.A. in English/Communications. Lucas is certified by GBCI as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction. Lucas’ construction management experience includes major new construction and renovation projects in various industries including healthcare, hospitality, schools and telecommunications. CHRISTOPHER MORRICAL is a graduate of Huntington University, with a B.S. in Mathematics Education. Chris recently completed projects for manufacturing, churches, and retail clients. Chris is also involved in several community service organizations including serving as a Volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate with Elkhart County CAPS, and a volunteer Teacher with Junior Achievement, as well as serving as a volunteer mission worker at an orphanage in India.


Ancon’s Project Managers are responsible for the overall management of a project, leading the construction team in value engineering, scheduling, design analysis, budgeting and cost estimating, as well as throughout the construction and closeout phases of projects.
Ancon is a design-build construction firm with in-house engineering and architectural services, serving Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan for over 41 years. Ancon also work directly with architects on traditional plan and spec projects.
