Orange Barrel Brigade Cash Mob Day
Goshen Chamber Ambassadors Announce the
Orange Barrel Brigade Cash Mob Day on Sept 22 |
|
The Goshen Chamber’s Ambassador Committee would like to and strongly encourage you to join the Orange Barrel Brigade Cash Mob Day on Friday, September 22.
What is the Orange Barrel Brigade and What is a Cash Mob Day?
We all know there are a lot of orange barrels staring at us as we drive around Goshen. Infrastructure improvements are always painful and frustrating to drive through; however, if you are a business that is affected by the orange barrels the pain is much worse.
Straight from Wikipedia, “A cash mob is a group of people who assemble at a local business to make purchases. The purpose of these mobs is to support both the local businesses and the overall community.”
So on Friday, September 22, we want your help to show the strength of our community and support these businesses that are dealing with those pesky orange barrels. Order online, call in an order, stop in and buy fuel, get a gift certificate, order for your office or clients, let’s show these businesses the rest of the business community supports them as well. Here is a list of the businesses with extremely difficult paths to their operations right now:
Pike Street Construction:
La Michoacana
Wooden Wagon Floral
Jiffy Lube
Papa Johns
Phillip 66
Pak-a-Sak
Parking lot construction
